Guisela’s Beauty Salon

At Guisela’s Beauty Salon, every appointment is intentionally scheduled and reserved just for you. To ensure we provide the highest level of service and respect the time of our artists and clients, we kindly ask that you review our policies below before booking.

Appointment Retainer Policy

All appointments require a non-refundable retainer to book and secure your time.

  • A $50 retainer is required for most services at the time of booking

  • Appointments valued under $50 require full payment at booking

  • Retainers go toward your total service cost

  • Appointments are not confirmed without a retainer

Failure to acknowledge or submit the retainer may result in the appointment being released.

Cancellation & No-Show Policy

We understand that life happens and kindly ask for notice when plans change.

  • A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule

  • Same-day cancellations and no-shows forfeit the retainer

  • No-shows may require full prepayment for future bookings

This policy allows us to respect our artists’ time and accommodate other clients.

Late Policy

To keep our schedule running smoothly for all guests:

  • A 10-minute grace period is allowed

  • Arrivals 15 minutes or more late may result in a shortened service or cancellation

  • Retainers are non-refundable for late cancellations

Please arrive on time to ensure the full luxury experience.

Children Policy

We love creating special moments for little ones while maintaining a calm salon environment.

  • Children receiving services must be booked under a children’s service

  • Children must be accompanied by a parent or guardian at all times

  • For safety and relaxation purposes, we ask that only clients receiving services attend appointments

Children’s glam services are available for ages 10 and under.

Bridal & Special Event Bookings

Bridal and event services require additional planning and commitment.

  • A signed contract and non-refundable retainer are required to secure the date

  • Bridal retainers are applied toward the final balance

  • Final headcounts and timelines must be confirmed prior to the event

  • Travel fees and early-morning fees may apply

Bridal services are confirmed only after contract and retainer are received.

Payment Methods

We accept approved digital payments and in-salon payment methods.

All prices are subject to change based on service needs, hair density, length, and time required.
